If so I think the composition is very busy with Bishop's big head. What you could try to do is to use the colour of his head as a line pointing in the direction of something important in the scene, the gun or the body on the desk for example since they are part of the story I am guessing

the way I understant staging is also the composition of the picture. Each of those poses should be in their own frame I think
